Payment and Returns

Payment methods:  

U.S. & International: There are 3 options available to customers to make payments via Credit/Debit cards. (1) Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards can be processed directly through Authorize.Net. All major credit cards can also be processed through (2) PayPal (payments will be made to gkepner@cox.net which will appear on your PayPal statement) or (3) Google Checkout. All payment gateways are SSL certified secure sites as is Bluelittlewolf Hawaiian Shirt Shack. Please Note: We do not process credit cards over the phone at this time.

Money orders or checks are also accepted for USA transactions only; if payment is not received in 10 days the order will be cancelled.

All payments must be in U.S. currency. International buyers are responsible for all custom's fees/taxes applicable to their country. Items will not be checked as "gifts" to avoid paying custom's fees; the true value of the item will be given in all circumstances.

Customer service & return policy:   Satisfaction guaranteed. Fourteen (14) days to return items for refund. Refund will be credited to the buyer’s PayPal account, credit given for future purchases, or refund check mailed. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

This site has a validation certificate on the bottom right hand corner of the screen on this page and the homepage. When you click on the logo you will see information about this site. When a site is SSL secure, special encryption insures that any information cannot be intercepted by a third party. In other words, all information is secure. A secure site can be accessed by either http:// or https:// in the URL. If a site is not secure and an "s" is added to the end of "http" in the URL in your browser, it is most likely a message will appear indicating that site is not a trusted site. Try it.

A note about checkout:

When the "Buy Now" button is clicked for an item you will be directed to "add to cart" where you will have the option to either continue shopping or checkout. By clicking the top red checkout button you will be given the option to process a credit card directly on this site (Authorize.Net) or go to PayPal to complete payment. By clicking the blue Google Checkout button, you will be taken to Google Checkout for payment processing.
